Sophie’s is a beautiful and modern glasshouse rooftop restaurant, boasting stunning 360 degree views across all three locations in Dublin & Cork City, or Galway. From Dublin and Cork’s cityscape and countryside to the stretch of Galway Bay– the weather is our wallpaper!

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with a delectable brunch menu on the weekends. From our wood-fire pizzas and pasta favourites to succulent steaks and fish specials, our chefs pack every mouthful with international and Irish flavours.

Sophie’s Rooftop Restaurant is perched elegantly on top of The Dean and you can expect a brilliant and friendly experience in a stunning setting.

First dine out experience for us with our new baba. No better place to go other than Sophie’s. Went for breakfast. Food top quality as always, staff super nice and helpful.

Really lovely place, staff were so polite and accommodating. They really pulled out all the stops and made our experience as pleasant as they could. Seats well spread out inside, heaters on the terrace. Food was good, coffee was great. It was our server and the staff that made it though. Thanks guys!

We went to Sophie’s prior to a show in the Bord Gais theatre and it was superb, it deserves more than 5 stars. Delicious food (OMG the succulent taste), the perfect ambience, the view – Dublin lit up at night, outstanding service (booked through open table and staff telephones you to confirm), overall divine…honestly the tastiest food I have ever eaten, the steak just fell apart, perfectly cooked and so juicy. The pizza was the best pizza I have ever tasted!!!! Scrumptious…and not to forget the cocktails. One word UNREAL! If you haven’t visited, it is a MUST!!!!!

Gorgeous rooftop restaurant at this quirky hotel, very cool atmosphere with great panoramic views of the city, amazing breakfast, good, friendly service, super cocktails, a must for anyone visiting Dublin.

Pull up a stool and get comfortable at any time, day or night to take in the incredible views of either the Dublin, Cork or Galway skylines, while our amazing team of bartenders create a world-class cocktail crafted from only the very best of liquors and mixed with delicious homemade cordials and tinctures.
